Your Company Wants to Grow
. All companies face transition periods.  We have a unique process to work through these periods of uncertainty and change—by asking the right questions and gaining access to the answers.

Our research, analysis, and strategic growth options development work is most effective when we are helping a client that is facing a period of significant change, transition, or uncertainty.  These changes may be internal to the company, or they may be brought on by external forces (customers, suppliers, competitors, market dynamics).  They may be positive in nature (we have some growing pains, we need to prioritize all of the opportunities we see) or negative (we are not growing as fast as we should be, we are concerned about a significant new threat to our business model).  Having offered insights to help many clients grow and thrive during their strategic transitions, we recognized that there are actually five types of transitions:

  • What is reality, and where do we fit in the big picture of our market?
  • Plan to grow – strategically, tactically, with metrics and measures of our success.
  • Grow now – organically or via acquisition.
  • Acknowledge the elephant and fix the problem.
  • Exit or divest a business unit.
