Christopher ‘Kit’ Lisle. Founder, Managing Partner   As the founder of Acclaro, Kit directs Corporate Development and Strategic Planning for Acclaro, as well as lending support to teams delivering projects in M&A, marketing strategy, corporate growth planning and quasi-turnarounds.

Russ Chapman. Senior Partner, Private Equity.  Russ manages the Private Equity practice for Acclaro.  He leads project teams conducting the full range of business diligence activities and works with portfolio company management groups to develop and implement strategies for growth.

Gary Byala.  Partner, Operations.  Mr Byala directs the internal operations of Acclaro including the Project Delivery, Finance and IT functions.  He leads teams in the development of financial analysis, operational efficiency, inventory management, supply chain and logistics for client engagements.

Karla Leavelle. Partner, Organizational Design.  Ms Leavelle is a recognized leader in workforce issues regarding organizational and infrastructure development, risk management, performance and interpersonal/communication management, change leadership and work life balance issues.

Marshall McBeth. Partner,  New Business Development.  Mr McBeth is responsible for sales development for Acclaro.  He leads teams in account strategy and international sales development, business development strategy and implementation for clients.

Julia Pegg.  Project Manager.  Ms Pegg is responsible for leading teams in the development of mergers & acquisitions, product and company market entry, strategic analysis, and purchasing behavior. 

Amit Motwani. Project Manager.  Mr Motwani leads analyst teams in diligence, new market evaluations, strategy analysis and development, and go-to-market analyses.

Randy McFayden. Project Manager.  Mr McFayden leads Acclaro's teams in corporate growth strategy, new acquisition due diligence, and portfolio company reviews and strategy development.

Ted Gruszka. Research Director.   Mr Gruszka utilizes a variety of research and analytical tools to gain insight into complex business issues and to develop innovative strategic and tactical options, providing strategic direction, implementation, and analysis to Acclaro's clients.
