Gary Byala.  Director, Operations.  Gary directs the internal operations of Acclaro including the Project Delivery, Finance and IT functions.  He leads teams in the development of financial analysis, operational efficiency, inventory management, supply chain and logistics for client engagements. 

Gary has experience in working with clients in a wide range of industries such as heavy and industrial equipment, specialty chemicals, electronics, and the airline industry. He is skilled in evaluating business operations, identifying key performance metrics and competitive benchmarks, and building business analyses and improvement tools for clients seeking to streamline their operations.

With particular emphasis on activities that contribute to high cash utilization rates, Gary targets both short- and long-term initiatives to reduce the daily costs of operation as well as increase efficiencies. His experience has streamlined the operation of retail and distribution companies, and provided strategic insight into the operation of manufacturing and service-oriented companies.

Gary graduated from the Management & Technology program of the University of Pennsylvania with Honors. He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
