Randy McFayden.  Partner, Project Manager.  Randy, acting as both a senior consultant and project manager, specializes in primary research and strategic management for Acclaro’s private equity clients and their middle market portfolio companies.  He has experience in many industries including consumer products, light industrial, business-to-business services, paper and printing, and foods.  With over twenty years of experience, Randy brings a comprehensive, experience-based approach to research and strategic analysis.

Randy’s skill set includes a valuable combination of sales and marketing, account management, and business analysis experience. He has completed sales management training programs with Black & Decker, The Keebler Company, The Reynolds & Reynolds Company, and Atlantic Envelope Company, a division of National Service Industries.  In addition, he has worked as a Business Analyst with PricewaterhouseCoopers with experience in evaluating business plans focusing on business model sustainability, business concept development, sales and marketing strategy, venture capital financing, and financial analysis.

Randy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Economics. He also received a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University.
